THE RESOLVED WORKFLOW
One queue. Every request accounted for.
- Capture once
- One record in the project tool: client, request, scope, owner, deadline, and approval. Email, chat, and calls all feed this queue; the duplicate spreadsheet goes.
- Route by exception
- Existing client, agreed scope: send to the team lead. New client or changed scope: director approval first.
- Start only when ready
- Received → approval if needed → owner accepted + deadline confirmed → ready → in progress → done. Urgency changes queue order, never the entry conditions.
- Make blockers visible
- Every blocked record shows the missing condition and who must resolve it. The queue replaces the daily status meeting.
THE UNRESOLVED WHOLE
Requests arrive by email, chat, and calls. We copy them into a spreadsheet and then the project tool. Everything waits for the director, although existing clients’ work within agreed scope can go straight to the team lead. New clients and scope changes need director approval. Work must have an accepting owner and a confirmed deadline before it starts. Urgent requests jump the queue but must meet the same conditions. We need to see what’s blocked without a daily status meeting.

Why use this when I already have AI?
You can already use AI to explore ideas and produce drafts. The remaining work is often yours: directing the reasoning, catching omissions, reconciling conflicts, and assembling the result.
Optimalist is being built to carry that work through. It earns a place only if the finished result is better and needs less of your supervision. That difference still has to be demonstrated.
What if the complexity is necessary?
Then it stays. A dependency, exception, or difficult constraint can be essential. The job is to give it a useful place in the whole, with detail available where it affects a decision.
Who decides what can change?
You set the purpose and the constraints. The system can challenge assumptions and propose a stronger structure. Changes to your goals or commitments remain yours to authorize; missing evidence stays visible.
Is Optimalist available yet?
The product and its deeper systems are in development. This site shows the direction and crafted design studies. It does not yet offer a working product or validated performance results.
